There’s something about this time of year — a natural winding down, a sense of reflection, and a quiet noticing of how scattered and tired our bodies and energy fields feel. Sometimes we move through our days feeling stretched, a little thin, disconnected from the vibrant light within us.

For me, when I feel lost or overwhelmed, I tend to pull back from the collective noise. It might look like isolation, but really, it’s a way of untangling my field from swirling group energies, old stories, and low-vibe functioning patterns.

Believing the 3D reality by default can catch any of us when we slip into autopilot, and in group settings, that collective flow can be hard to step out of.

I check in with myself: Where is my attention? Am I stepping into someone else’s story? Then I breathe, step back, and reconnect to my grounding, my source light, and my team.

Both the 11:11 and 12:12 portal transmissions are designed as gentle pauses — service breaks for your body, mind, and energy — offering space to release, realign, and reconnect with your team and yourself.

My Morning Practice: Meditation & Biosphere Grid Work

My mornings are quieter, yet deeply physical. I begin with meditation and biosphere grid work — my external energetic navigation system connecting the universal and cosmic fields with my body fields — often after Bruce brings in the coffee, a small but essential ritual for the day.

Natasha’s Crystalline Realm & Energetic Support

Every morning, Natasha journeys into her crystalline realm to ground — a shimmering pool that holds the frequencies of Goddess Amber Healing. Metatron joins her there, as he has across lifetimes, offering guidance, recalibration, and support.

This realm connects through a cave-like tunnel to the dragon energies, where baby hatchlings often visit, and sometimes Sacha’s spirit bear, Jojo, comes to play. Occasionally, Seraphina, Sacha’s spiritual essence, joins as well. Faeries sometimes arrive to offer gentle acupressure releases.

During full moon cycles, Natasha is often guided to move energy again in the afternoon — clearing excess or others’ frequencies through colouring, flow work, or sending the vibration back into the trees.

She also reads and maintains the energetic grids of our house and property, especially after guests have visited, making sure the space is clear of their energy and continues to support all three of us — our fields, our home, and our shared work.
