7. Bookings and Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For New Zealand clients paying by bank transfer, payment must be received prior to the scheduled session time.

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. New Zealand clients may pay in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) by bank transfer where available.

Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment processing fees charged by their financial institution.

We accept payment through approved payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and other payment methods offered at checkout.

8. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

• Clients agree to complete all scheduled payments.

• Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services, programs, recordings, or materials.

• Outstanding balances remain payable.

Payment plans are commitments to the full purchase price.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

If we need to reschedule your session, we will offer an alternative appointment time.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final once a service has been delivered.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Completed sessions.

• Attended appointments.

• Completed energy clearing services.

• Mentorship sessions already delivered.

• Digital products, downloads, recordings, or online programs that have been accessed or supplied.

Online sessions are recorded and provided to clients for their personal use and ongoing review.

As individual experiences and outcomes vary, refunds are not available due to dissatisfaction with personal outcomes, experiences, or perceived results.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under New Zealand law.
